Such a wonderful, fun place to say! The house has so many fun amenities, and has a beautiful lake view. Brian was always responsive, and we didn’t want for anything.

We enjoyed our stay. The LR couches were comfy as were the beds. The kitchen was functional but very outdated with stuff kind of all over the place & a broken door, cracked tiles. I did feel after staying in about 9 places on Greenwood Lake in the past 2 years the rental rate was a little high BUT if you need a lot of beds or have a large group it would be worth it. The hot tub was great & clean. The house was functional just very outdated for my taste. Brian was very helpful with some minor issues & reached out to be sure all was well. Allowed early checkin which was nice too.

The home has gorgeous views, right on the lake. Great for a family vacation with plenty to do inside and out. The game room has an impressive array of solid-state pinball machines and video games. Several ski and snow tubing places within easy drive. Huge 24-hr grocery 20 min away. Check in was easy, the house manual is clear, hosts were proactive and responsive. The back has a multi-layered deck that goes right to the water, and the table in the temperature-controlled sun room seated our group of 8 with room to spare, so we could play games and watch the sunset on the lake. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Brian’s home! We were a family ranging from 6 months old to 96 years old and it was comfortable and fun for everyone! There were some steps leading down to the house but they are short and manageable. The stairs to the basement are a bit more steep but you can use the outside stairs to get to the basement if necessary. The basement was loaded with fun and we spent hours down there playing games. The rooms were a nice size, with each having its own AC unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cups, plates, utensils, and gadgets you could ever need. There were enough linens and towels for everyone. We are hoping to make the trip there at least once a year as it was a perfect size for our family and tons of fun!

This host clearly knows what travelers need when they book an airbnb. Although our stay was short and we didn’t take advantage of all the amenities they didn’t go unnoticed. There was a full bar with lots of spirits, all the video games worked and were conveniently labeled on power switches. Every bathroom had dispensers full of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The cabinets were stocked with small appliances, dishes, pots and pans and anything you would need if you wanted to cook. The living room couch was very comfortable and bog enough for 8 adults to sit on to enjoy conversation by the wood burning fireplace. If in the area again, we would definitely book again.

The house location was great with gorgeous views of the lake. It was beautiful to look out while using the fire pit or soaking in the outdoor hot tub. Lots of space and rooms. Host was also very accommodating with late checkout.
